Chakra Dancing is a complete workout for mind body and soul. Through spontaneous dance we can all free up our natural energy flows, and balance the seven major energy centres of the body. Marianne will take you on a journey of self-discovery and fun.

Kay & Lisa will then Indulge you in a Reiki infused Sound bath.
Kay will guide you gently into the relaxing sound bath, whilst Lisa will offer you all, the magic of reiki.

Please bring along a yoga mat, blanket & eye pillow.

We will finish with refreshments, mince pies & cake.

You will also be given a free solstice gift to take home with you.
