Through spontaneous dance we can all free up our natural energy flows, and balance the seven major energy centres of the body.

Kay & Lisa will then Indulge you in a Reiki infused Sound bath.
Kay will guide you gently into the relaxing sound bath, whilst Lisa will offer you all, the magic of reiki
Please bring along a yoga mat, blanket & eye pillow.
