Good Mind Circles
Good Mind Circles is a lived-experience-led, peer-support community supporting people affected by gambling harm. Based in Kent, we were created by people who have experienced gambling harm and understand first-hand the challenges of recovery. We bring together people in recovery, loved ones and supporters in a welcoming, non-judgemental environment where people can connect with others who understand. We believe recovery is about more than simply stopping gambling. It’s about rebuilding confidence, relationships, routine and a sense of purpose. Through informal events, walks and wellbeing activities, we provide opportunities for people to get out, meet others and enjoy life beyond gambling — without pressure to share their story or explain themselves. Good Mind Circles is built on lived experience, connection and the belief that nobody should have to rebuild their life alone.
