Our Community Chair Yoga takes place every Thursday.
Sadly, our lovely Denise has hurt her back and is out of action for a while BUT we have found cover for this week’s session! The lovely Kay @yogakady will be looking after you all this week.
The session starts at 11.30am to 12.15pm and it is £7.50pp
