YOGA NIDRA

Every 4 weeks

£36 for 4 classes (just £9 per session)

 If you miss one you are welcome to join another in the same 4 week period or be sent the zoom recording.

Thursday@Lake House 10-11am Power Hour . This class follows the same structure each week to help you through repetition, you will gain so many tools for your wellbeing.

Thursday @ Lake House 11.15-12.15pm yoga Nidra (places limited to 6) though will be live on zoom also. A class that can really help you find that space between wakefulness and sleep where deep healing can take place.

Classes cannot be carried over to the following month if unattended.

All classes will also be streamed on zoom and recorded.
