 Big News: Introducing Gather & Ground 

Life can get overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. We are so excited to announce the launch of Gather & Ground, a completely free mental health support group created by women, for women.

Whether you need a safe space to share, want to connect with a supportive sisterhood, or simply need a quiet, grounding hour and a half out of your week—our doors are open to you. Come exactly as you are.

 The Details:

• When: Every Thursday evening
• Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Where: Lake House Kent Wellbeing CIC
• Cost: Completely FREE

 No Pressure, No Sign-Ups:

There is no sign-up necessary and no commitment required. Just show up when you need a little extra community and a lot of grace.
