Thursday 4th 10-11am – 5 element Yin class – come and create space in the body and support the energy of your meridians to flow ✨

Thursday 11th 10-11am – Power Hour – a blend of energy techniques, Sun Salutations, Tibetian Rites and a well earnt Savasana to end.✨

Sunday 14th 1-3pm free your soul with Reiki Angel, Sam and myself. An afternoon of djembe drumming, reiki and meditation £30

Thursday 18th 10-11am Energy Medicine Christmas party. I’m not sure what it will entail yet, but we will have fun😂✨

First class free
