An evening of gentle healing, guided meditation and Reiki, held in the soft glow of candlelight

A sanctuary to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking a deeper practice, this is your space to release, restore & realign.

This is a floor-based session on yoga mats (with the option of a seat).

Please bring:

• Yoga mat, cushion, blanket.

• Anything else to help you feel cosy and supported.
