This is the heartfelt message from Sarah, an holistic grief and trauma coach. Sometimes, all you need is a safe space, a cup of coffee, and the comfort of knowing you’re not walking this path solo.
Join us for our Grief Cafe at The Lake House Kent Wellbeing CIC—a simple, drop-in session for connection, reflection, and being truly heard.
Monday, July 27th. August 24th and September 21st from 10:15am – 11:30am
