This workshop is for you if you…

• Long to feel closer to loved ones who have passed

• Wish to nurture your ongoing connection and trust the subtle signs of their presence

• Have had time since your loss and are ready to reconnect in a supportive space, guided by gentle, non-performative mediumistic insights

Join me for a unique, therapeutic workshop supporting your personal and meaningful re-connection with those you have lost. This experience focuses on your own journey and relationship with loved ones in spirit. You’ll be gently guided to trust your inner experience within a shared space of presence, with mediumistic insights woven throughout to enhance your connection

What to expect:

• Guided meditation to open connection with those who have passed

• Quiet time with loved ones in spirit for sensing, feeling, and inner conversation

• Mediumistic insights from Rebecca, offered to those who resonate

• Guided journaling and reflection to integrate and nurture your ongoing relationship

• Optional group sharing in a supportive environment

Facilitated by Rebecca, counsellor (in training) and spirit connection practitioner, with bereavement group facilitation experience, blending therapeutic presence with a modern, person-centred, heart-led approach to spirit connection
