Summer Solstice Group Sound Bath with Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Pyramids Gongs and Percussion.

 

Happy Solstice!! On the longest day of 2026, the Sun enters Cancer and we nourish our hearts and minds with a restorative and illuminating Sound Bath.

Come and grab your space, celebrate the Suns power, and nourish your hearts and minds!!  We will let the light in to illuminate your souls journey, and help you to find the clarity, and inner peace and tranquility, you need.

Structure of Session:

The session will start once you have made yourself comfortable (please bring comfortable mattresses/blanket/water. I will help you to connect with your body, to check in with how you are feeling. The chosen instruments will then be played gently and sensitively to help you find deep relaxation, with gentle stretch and release throughout, to help you gently release tension and to find the peace and clarity you need in that moment. Percussion instruments will be used at end of session to help you come back to the space. A few minutes silence at end of session will be provided to help you check back in with your body, and to process and integrate your experience.

Bring your mat, blanket, water and come and relax and enjoy!

£20 each per session.
