New Moon in Pisces Group Sound Bath with Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Pyramids Gongs and Percussion.

This New Moon in Pisces invites you to initiate new creative and spiritual projects.This is a time to trust your instincts, believe in yourself, and to guide your intentions. Come along, create the space you need to connect to your creative imagination, your dreams, and further develop your spiritual growth, emotional healing!

Structure of Session:
The session will start once you have made yourself comfortable (please bring comfortable mattresses/blanket/water. I will help you to connect with your body, to check in with how you are feeling. The chosen instruments will then be played gently and sensitively to help you find deep relaxation, with gentle stretch and release throughout, to help you gently release tension and to find the peace and clarity you need in that moment. Percussion instruments will be used at end of session to help you come back to the space. A few minutes silence at end of session will be provided to help you check back in with your body, and to process and integrate your experience.

Bring your mat, blanket, water and come and relax and enjoy!

£20 each per session.
