🌠Tracy, Lisa and Denise welcome you to join them on a day retreat of silence.
A chance to quieten the noise through movement and stillness; to pause and reflect whilst being in the beautiful surroundings of Lake House Kent.
Be led on a journey in which you can partake as much or as little as you like, taking the time to enjoy the silence and to really tune in to yoursef.

🌠You will be brought back to sound with some gentle chimes and bowls, then all come back together as Tracy as holds a psychic mediumship session.

Included in the day:
🌠You will be warmly welcomed and led into the silence by a meditation
🌠 A gentle heart opening yoga sequence suitable for beginners and beyond
🌠 Cacao seated circle with the option to receive Reiki
🌠An opportunity for meditative walking in the grounds, journalling, mindful colouring, meditating and working with oracle cards.
🌠 An opportunity to have Lisa work with you offering healing through her healing forks.
🌠 An hour of Psychic mediumship with Tracy Edwards
🌠Closing Circle
🌠 snacks and hot drinks will be provided
🌠 please feel free to bring a packed lunch or order in the café for lunchtime before the retreat starts.
