JOURNEY WITH SOUND

Join Sarah from Gongs on the Run for an evening of reflection, relaxation and connection on Monday 7th October from 6pm until 8pm

The evening will start with the heart opening medicine of cacao, sipped around a sharing circle. You’ll then have the opportunity to explore some basic breath work techniques and experience a gentle guided meditation before a relaxing sound bath. The evening will end with time for reflection and journalling.
