Conscious Connected Breathwork & Gong Bath Journey

You’re warmly invited to a nourishing morning of conscious connected breathwork, followed by a deeply restorative gong sound bath.

We’ll begin with a guided breathwork session, designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself, release tension, and open space within. From there, you’ll be invited to rest into the immersive vibrations of sound, allowing the gong to support deep relaxation, integration, and inner listening.

This journey is held as a gentle yet immersive experience. You will be offered a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect inward. It may feel especially supportive for anyone moving through a transition, standing at a threshold, or sensing a quiet shift they’d like to invite in. Through breath, sound, and stillness, we create room to soften, to listen to inner wisdom, and to be lovingly supported in whatever is emerging.

A calm, grounding morning to reconnect with yourself and share gentle presence with others.

• A yoga mat to lie on
• A blanket (or two) for warmth and comfort
• A cushion or pillow for your head or knees
• Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in
• A water bottle
