In this empowering event, we’ll explore how the hormonal changes of menopause influence the brain, and why many common symptoms, from hot flushes and poor sleep to anxiety and low mood, are often linked to your brain’s natural stress response.

These changes are not a sign of personal weakness, they are your body and mind adapting to a new phase of life. The good news is, we can influence how your brain responds.

We will help you understand why you feel the way you do, and more importantly, show you how positive change is possible. You’ll leave with practical tools, a fresh perspective, and the knowledge that this stage of life can be a powerful time of growth, strength, and self-discovery.

Our Approach:

Kaz and Michelle bring both professional training and personal experience of menopause, so we truly get what you’re going through. But unlike many wellness groups that dwell on the problem, we take a different path. We focus on what can change, what does work and how you can feel more like you again.

That doesn’t mean we ignore the tough stuff.. far from it. We understand the symptoms are real; brain fog, anxiety, sleep disruption, low mood, weight gain – and we acknowledge them. But instead of ruminating on them, we give you tools rooted in neuroscience, not guesswork – to help you shift from fog to focus.

Through our neuroscience-informed practice of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we make it possible to;

Each session follows a structured format:

🧠 A mini Brain Talk: Neuroscience insights to explain what’s going on in your mind & body

🪄 A simple but transformative exercise to activate brain’s soultion pathways

🔀 A deeply relaxing group hypnosis session to calm the nervous system and retrain emotional responses

🕒 Gently reawakening; and a fond farewell.. til next month!
