For those who have not tried it before, a Gong Bath Meditation is a form of sound therapy and can be effective in achieving a deep state of relaxation.  The sound of the gongs and other instruments work not only on an auditory level, but a vibrational one too.  This vibrational energy may help remove energy blockages in the body.

Participants often report a feeling of complete bliss and relaxation; a feeling of connection and surrendering to the sounds and vibrations of the gongs.

Some have spiritual experiences and feel deeply connected to the Universal Energy, or receive guidance in a dream-like vision.

There’s a meditative quality through the process of life drawing as you try to figure out how to draw the figure by attempting to connect all the body parts.

Get inspired to feel & experience positive changes in your life by immersing yourself within the creative process of drawing. Learn to look and block out the external world by putting charcoal on paper. Your emotional and mental well-being will improve through the creative process and you will develop art & observational skills of the human figure.

We’ll be using academic techniques to support you through the workshops as well as gesture drawings tips, short & medium poses will be explored through the sessions.

These Life drawing workshops are suitable for everyone and no matter what level you are at or if you have never drew before. Be sure you respect the model, though nude, is human too so photos are not permitted during sessions.

Life Drawing is also a friendly way to meet people, so come along and have some fun with us.

Does your Body remember how it feels to stop, take a breath and settle into the present moment?

It is in moments of Rest that we are able to remember these elements that nourish us so deeply.

Every time you take a moment to Rest, your body trusts you a little bit more. It softens and it sighs and it regenerates.

My purpose is to create and hold spaces for womenfolk to come back to themselves, settle back into their bodies, ease back to their breath and to remember their divine feminine wisdom.

Using traditional women’s circle methods and new ones, I weave in meditation and journey work alongside sharing circles and intention setting.

Each gathering is different and tailored to and by, the season and cycle we are in, whilst maintaining a certain rhythm and flow to it which provides us a familiar structure to feel safe and held in each time.

The day will include:
Sacred sharing circle to be seen, heard and witnessed.
Guided meditation journey tailored to the changing of the seasons.
Intention setting for the coming months.
And as this is a special pre-Solstice, pre-Christmas session, I have extended our usual circle by an extra hour with an incredible afternoon crystal tones sound bath with Anna Robertshaw.

Herbal teas, water, fruit and snacks will be provided. Plus, a delicious cake for an afternoon treat. Please bring your own personal lunch so that we all have something nourishing that we have chosen ourselves.

For those who have not tried it before, a Gong Bath Meditation is a form of sound therapy and can be effective in achieving a deep state of relaxation.  The sound of the gongs and other instruments work not only on an auditory level, but a vibrational one too.  This vibrational energy may help remove energy blockages in the body.

Participants often report a feeling of complete bliss and relaxation; a feeling of connection and surrendering to the sounds and vibrations of the gongs.

Some have spiritual experiences and feel deeply connected to the Universal Energy, or receive guidance in a dream-like vision.
You may see colours, or experience different sensations in your body.
