Sound Sanctuary – Immersive Meditation & Live Music Experience.
Join us at The Lake House for a fully guided, immersive meditation designed to help you switch off, reset, and reconnect.
You’ll enter a calming, forest-inspired space with soft seating, ambient lighting, and immersive projections — designed to help you relax from the moment you arrive.
The experience gently guides you into a deeply relaxed, almost hypnotic state through vivid visualisation, keeping the mind engaged so you can fully let go.
As you settle deeper, a live, intuitive soundscape unfolds — with layered sounds and expressive guitar woven together in real time, creating a powerful and completely unique experience.
This is then followed by a guided integration, using affirmation and mindset work to ground the experience into self-love, clarity, and a lasting sense of calm.

You’ll also be welcomed with a simple cleansing and release ritual, and leave with a small gift bag to take a piece of the experience home.
No experience needed — just come as you are.
