Spring is a time of awakening. As the days grow longer, we naturally begin to soften, expand and invite more light into our lives after the quieter winter months.

Taking place on the eve of British Summer Time, this workshop offers a gentle pause before we step into longer, lighter days.

Into the Light is a three-hour yoga and breathwork workshop created to support this seasonal shift. It offers space to move, reflect and reconnect with your energy as we step into the lighter part of the year.

This session is less about setting new goals and more about checking in. A chance to notice what’s ready to be released, what’s beginning to grow, and how you want to move forward with clarity and ease.

During the workshop you’ll experience:
• Nourishing, accessible movement to awaken the body
• Guided visualisation and mindfulness practices • Gentle journaling prompts for reflection
• A deeply restorative breathwork journey to clear and refresh your energy

Leona will guide a grounding and expansive yoga practice suitable for all levels, supporting you to reconnect with your body and move with intention.

Alicia will lead a powerful breathwork experience designed to create space, restore balance and invite renewed vitality. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected, with simple tools to carry with you into spring and beyond.
