Thursday 10th – The power hour. A blend of energy techniques, sun salutations, Tibetan Rites and Savasana✨

Thursday 17th – Gentle Movement, energy techniques and a lot of laying down for Yoga Nidra. A chance to unwind and reset.✨

Thursday 24th – Connecting with the element of Fire as we deepen into our practice and the season of Summer, an Energy Medicine Yoga class ✨

Sessions are £10 per person
