Start the evening with an informative and empowering session with Clare Cross Enhanced Women’s Health Nurse exploring menopause and women’s health. Bring your questions and get honest, helpful and expert insights.

🎨 Multimedia Art Class
Then the fabulous Lizi Sage will guide you through creating your very own beautiful, personalised vagina artwork to take home! 🌸💕

🥂 Expect an evening of conversation, creativity, laughter and empowerment — because talking openly about women’s bodies and health should never be taboo!
