Martin Holme is a renowned sound therapist with years of experience in the field of fragrance advising clients such as The Body Shop founder Anita Roddick. His understanding and application of sound and creativity as a tool to fire inspiration have helped individuals worldwide to achieve inner peace. In this retreat, Martin Holme will guide you through sound therapy sessions, allowing you to experience the profound effects of sound on your wellbeing and working with Suzanne the Earth.Hive founder to inspire through storytelling.
Sound Therapy encompasses various instruments such as crystal bowls and gongs.
Each cell of the body vibrates at different energy frequencies. A sound therapist uses sound frequencies to interact with these, thus attempting to rebalance the body’s energy.
