New Years Eve CHAKRA Festival

This New Years Eve we invite you to join our Chakra Festival, held here at Lake House Kent in Ashford.

When your chakras are clear and aligned, you really are the very best version of yourself.

After resetting the Chakras, you will naturally have a more positive outlook, feel deeply at peace and will be brimming with vitality, ready to enter 2024 in the best way possible!

There is a range of modalities and offerings, purposefully designed to work with your chakras in order to restore balance and alignment physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

It’s going to be an incredible experience and we cannot wait to see you there!

10am – 3pm at £55.55 per person

Early Session Time Table – (10am – 3pm):

 9:30am – 10am Arrival

10am – 10:15am Introduction to the practitioners and general info on venue layout

10:15am – 11.00am Chakra balancing with EM Yoga

11.00am – 11:15am Refreshment Break

11:15 – 12:15pm Chakra Movement

12:15pm – 1:pm Lunch (please bring your own nourishing lunch with you).

1:00pm – 1:45pm Chakra Crystal Placement, lavender essential oil and Meditation

1:45pm – 2pm refreshment break

2pm- 3pm Chakra Sound Bath

Departure by 3:30pm
