New Years Eve CHAKRA Festival

This New Years Eve we invite you to join our Chakra Festival, held here at Lake House Kent in Ashford.

When your chakras are clear and aligned, you really are the very best version of yourself.

After resetting the Chakras, you will naturally have a more positive outlook, feel deeply at peace and will be brimming with vitality, ready to enter 2024 in the best way possible!

There is a range of modalities and offerings, purposefully designed to work with your chakras in order to restore balance and alignment physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

6:15pm – 7:15pm Chakra balancing with EM Yoga

7:15pm – 7:30pm Refreshment Break

7:30pm – 8:30pm Chakra Dancing

8:30pm – 8:45pm Refreshment Break

8:45pm – 9:45pm Manifestation, intention setting and Breathwork

9:45pm – 10pm Refreshment Break

10:00pm- 10:15pm Chakra crystals & Lavender oil

10:15pm – 10:55pm – Chakra Guided Meditation

11pm – Midnight – Chakra Sound Bath with chakra balancing energy healing
