MINDFUL PAINT & PLANT WORKSHOP – SATURDAY 10th MAY 2025

Take a break from the noise and step into our creative space where we mix mindful painting, planting, and a little inner peace. A time for you to relax and connect with likeminded people in a supportive environment.

No previous art experience required. This is not about being perfect – it’s about honouring the present moment. A chance to unwind, reflect, or just do something fun and different. Caty & Sam will explore the calming power of artistic expression and the grounding energy of nurturing life by painting beautiful clay flower pots and planting baby succulents with you.

Come with an open heart and leave with a painted piece of your soul and a planted symbol of your growth. Art and nature will come together to create magic!

Venue: Lake House Kent, Maidstone Road, Ashford, Kent, TN26 1AR.
Free parking and coffee shop available. There is also a lovely garden with a lake to explore before and after the session.

Date & Time: Saturday 10th May / 11 am – 12.30 pm.

Cost: £30 (including materials)
