This fun workshop offers many holistic benefits. It aims to nurture your well-being through creativity and self expression, while promoting relaxation, mindfulness and provide personal growth. No previous art experience required. The focus will be on the painting process rather than the end product.

It’s a chance for you to focus on yourself and experience the calming effects of mindful mandala art designed to promote relaxation through the intricate patterns.

This small group activity enhances social connections and emotional well-being, allowing participants to connect with like minded people and build a sense of community in a supportive, fun & friendly environment. Come join us!

Venue: Lake House Kent, Maidstone Road, Ashford, Kent, TN26 1AR.

Free parking and coffee shop available. There is also a lovely garden with a lake to explore before and after the session.

Date & Time: Thursday 29th MAY / 11am – 1pm.
