Chakra Dancing is for everyone to enjoy and let go of any stress through spontaneous movement to FREE up our natural energy flows, and balance the seven energy centres of the body.

Marianne of frizzle ‘n’ flo will takes us on a journey of self-discovery and fun in this workshop, suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

Closing the workshop with a guided meditation from Lisa of reiki angel, for important grounding and protection.

A complete Journey through the Chakras cleansing, balancing and nourishing the mind, body and soul.
